1. How should I care for my Yandala garments?
We work with natural products, so caring for your garments is of utmost importance:
- Always wash them by hand.
- Use cold water.
- Dry your garments in the shade (avoid direct sunlight to protect the colors).
- Additional tip: for the first wash, add a tablespoon of vinegar to the water to care for and intensify the color.
2. Is every garment identical to the photo?
No. At Yandala, each piece is unique.
The dyeing process is artisanal and considered a ritual that honors Mother Earth, which means there may be variations in tone, texture, or finish. This is not a defect, but rather part of the authenticity of each garment.
3. What does it mean for garments to be one-size-fits-all?
At Yandala, we don't believe in limiting molds. All our garments are one-size-fits-all, designed to fit different bodies thanks to their versatile designs. The size range covers small, medium, large, and extra-large. For XXL or XXXL sizes, we can custom-make them; for XS sizes, we can adjust them upon request.
4. How can I wear a Yandala garment in different ways?
Many of our pieces are multi-purpose: you can adjust and transform them in different ways to adapt them to your style.
Some garments have more than 10 ways to wear them. On our Instagram (@yandalamx), you can find various tutorials, or simply ask us, and we'll gladly show you the different variations.
5. What are the shipping times?
- In-stock orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- If the garment is specially produced for you, the process can take up to an additional 12 business days.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to various countries.
- Fixed international cost: $85 USD. (The final cost may vary depending on the MXN to USD conversion)
- Delivery times depend on the country and customs processes.
7. What happens if I want to return or exchange my garment?
We accept returns within 20 calendar days of delivery, provided the garment is in perfect condition (new, unworn, with tags).
Return shipping is free within Mexico.
For international returns, the cost is borne by the customer.
