Refund & Return Policy
At Yandala, we want you to love each piece as much as we love creating it. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Return Period
We accept returns within 20 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
After this period, returns and refunds cannot be processed.
Conditions

The garment must be new, unused, unwashed, and include all original tags.

Returns will not be accepted for items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or alterations made by the client.

Items purchased on sale or during special promotions are not eligible for refunds (except in the case of a manufacturing defect).
Return Shipping

Return shipping is free within Mexico.

For international returns, shipping costs must be covered by the client.
Refunds
Once we receive the item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, using the same method of payment used at checkout.
If you prefer, you may request an electronic store credit for the total amount of your purchase.
How to Request a Return
Please email us at yandalamx@gmail.com, including your order number and the reason for your return.
We will send you a return label along with detailed instructions.
After receiving and reviewing the item, we will confirm your refund or issue your store credit.
