At Yandala, we want you to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible, which is why we take great care in every detail of the shipping process.

Processing & Preparation Times

All orders are processed within 3 business days from the moment payment is confirmed.

If the item is not currently in stock, it will be specially made for you. This artisanal production process may take up to 12 additional business days before the order is shipped.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
On average:

• Domestic shipments (Mexico): 3 to 7 business days after the order has been dispatched.

• International shipments: 7 to 15 business days, depending on location and each country’s customs policies.

Shipping Costs

• Mexico: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $1,500 MXN.

• International: Standard shipping cost is $40 USD per order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package at all times.

Delivery Responsibility

Yandala is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, natural events, or force majeure.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
